College Election and Investiture Ceremony
St. Joseph’s Pre-University College, Hunsur
The much-anticipated College Election at St. Joseph’s PU College, Hunsur was conducted on 19th July 2025 in a fair and democratic manner. The student body enthusiastically participated in choosing their student leaders for the academic year 2025-26.
The results were announced on the same day, reflecting the transparency and promptness of the election process. Abhishek C of 2nd EBAC emerged victorious as the College Captain with a total of 224 votes, while Hifza Khanum of 1st EGBA secured 93 votes, winning the position of Vice Captain.
The Investiture Ceremony was held during the college assembly on 24th July 2025. The event was presided over by the College Principal, who administered the oath to the newly elected cabinet members, encouraging them to uphold the values of responsibility, leadership, and service.
Sr. Iren Savitha Martise, the Vice Principal, along with the entire faculty, witnessed the proud moment. The ceremony marked a significant milestone, promoting student leadership and responsibility within the college campus.
