Wellness Lecture & Interactive Workshop – 8 July 2025

The day opened with a warm welcome to Sr. Reshma, who introduced the goals of the workshop: enhancing emotional well‑being, fostering resilience, and equipping students with self-awareness tools. The session’s tone was set: one of openness, respect, and active engagement.
- Core Lecture: Foundations of Emotional Well‑Being
Sr. Reshma delivered a structured lecture covering:
- Basics of mental health and resilience—differentiating stress from anxiety and explaining healthy coping strategies.
