PTA Meeting – 12 July 2025
The meeting took place in the college auditorium, attended by a strong turnout of committed parents, faculty members, student representatives Sr. Philomina Noronha (President)—creating an atmosphere of active participation and shared responsibility.
Inauguration
Sr. Philomina Noronha officially welcomed the parents and faculty, opening the proceedings that underscored the value of nurturing a solid home–school partnership. She emphasized how such unified collaboration enriches students’ academic journeys and overall well-being.
Chief Guest – Dr. Anthony Paul Raj Principal of Sri Chayadevi College of Education Mysuru.
As the chief guest, Dr. Anthony Paul Raj delivered a compelling keynote focusing on:
- The pivotal role of parents in shaping students’ character and academic pursuits.
- Strategies to foster effective communication between home and school.
- Encouraging students toward extracurricular involvement and value-based development.
His address resonated deeply, highlighting that engaged parenting and active participation significantly elevate student outcomes.

- Student Welfare & Support Mechanisms
- Presentation by faculty on avenues for counseling, career guidance, and health support.
- Parents offered feedback and volunteered for mentorship roles in peer groups and remedial classes.
