It is with both heavy hearts and deep gratitude that the staff and students of St. Joseph Pre-University College bid farewell to Sr. Anitha D’Souza, who has served as the Principal for over nine productive and inspiring years.
Sr. Anitha D’Souza joined our institution with a clear vision and a compassionate heart. Over the years, her leadership has not only elevated the academic standards of the college but also transformed the campus into a nurturing space that fosters discipline, creativity, and character. During her tenure, she initiated various academic and co-curricular programs that enriched the lives of students and empowered teachers. Under her guidance, the college witnessed a rise in PU results, improved infrastructure, increased student admissions, and a culture of excellence in both academic and moral formation. Her concern for the weaker students, encouragement for talents, and appreciation for every little achievement made her a true mentor and a motherly figure to all.
Sr. Anitha D’Souza was not just a principal; she was a builder of lives. She gave personal attention to the holistic development of each student and always stressed the importance of human values, discipline, and service to others.
