Seminar on Human Trafficking
On 29th August 2024, a critical and thought-provoking seminar on Human Trafficking was conducted by Sr. Apoline Cordeiro, aimed at raising awareness and educating participants about the severity of this global issue. The seminar was attended by students, and staff and it shed light on the various aspects of human trafficking, its impact on victims, and steps that can be taken to prevent and combat this crime.It provided participants with valuable insights into the complex nature of human trafficking, as well as practical steps for prevention and advocacy.
U genius quiz competition
On 29 August 2024 a team of 8 talented students from St Joseph’s PU College participated in the U Genius Quiz Competition held in Mysore. This prestigious inter-collegiate event brought together bright minds from various institutions, challenging participants with questions across a wide range of topics, including general knowledge, current affairs, science, history, and more.
