As we all know the basic aim of all religions is to bring peace to humankind.On14-12-2019 a long dream came true to have inter faith meet at St.Joseph’s PU Auditorium organized by Mysore Province. The luminaries representing the four major religions of our country, Rev. Fr. Dominic Vas, OCD Christianity, Mrs Fatima Sara Islam, sister B.K. Nagashree Hindu and Lopon Kunzang Choki,Buddhism, enlightened on their respective religions. The theme of the meet was “Religions- Instruments of Peace and Harmony”. Fr. Paul Melwyn D’Souza ofm Cap carried out interaction with the audience on the messages given by four eminent speakers and consolidated them. Sr.Therese D’souza The correspondent,All the Head Mistress,Principals,Staff Students and the parents of St.Joseph’s Institution were Present. The students of St.Joseph’s PU College spread peace through their peace dance.
