St. Joseph’s PU College, Hunsur, marked Children’s Day 2025 with an unforgettable celebration filled with enthusiasm, inspiration, and spectacular faculty performances. The day was dedicated entirely to honoring our students, recognizing their achievements, and fostering a spirit of fun and camaraderie.<\/p>\n

  1. A Traditional and Inspiring Commencement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The day began on a solemn note with the Prayer Song<\/strong>, followed by a heartfelt Welcome Speech<\/strong> setting the tone for the festivities. The ceremony was formally inaugurated with the symbolic Lighting of the Lamp<\/strong>. The stage then welcomed our special guests, Principal Sr. Anita Dias\u00a0 and Vice Principal Sr. Irene Savetha Martize,\u00a0 Captain Abhishake .C<\/strong>, whose inspiring address motivated students to pursue their dreams with discipline and passion. This was followed by an encouraging address from Lecturer Vijay Kumar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    1. \u00a0Faculty Fun and Flair Steal the Show<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      A major highlight of the day was the enthusiastic participation of the staff. Breaking away from their regular duties, the Gents Staff<\/strong> and the Ladies Faculty<\/strong> (including the office staff) delivered two memorable dance performances. The effort and coordination from the faculty truly delighted the students, proving that learning and fun go hand-in-hand!<\/p>\n

      1. \u00a0Celebrating Excellence and Good Fortune<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The recognition segment honored students across academics and co-curricular activities. Prizes were distributed to the Midterm Toppers<\/strong> for their commitment to academic excellence. Recognition was also given to the dedicated members of the Eco Club<\/strong> and English Club<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        In a lighter segment, the Lucky Game Prize Distribution<\/strong> brought smiles and cheers, with class teachers conducting the fun in their respective classrooms.<\/p>\n

        1. \u00a0A Heartfelt Conclusion<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The faculty conveyed their warmest wishes through a special Wishing Song<\/strong>, a loving dedication to the students. The event culminated with the Presidential Address by Sr. Anitha Dias<\/strong>, who congratulated the students on their participation and encouraged them to be responsible citizens. The Vote of Thanks<\/strong>, delivered by Computer Science Lecturer Sudarshan<\/strong>, offered gratitude to all participants, staff, and students. Finally, the ceremony concluded on a proud note with the singing of the College Anthem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
